Ever since a young age, I have strived to create forms of media that excite, inspire and subvert traditional narrative. I jump at the opportunity to challenge underrepresented areas of socio-politics, using mainly functionalist theory to back up these bold statements. I have a fascination with technology (both hardware and software) and the vast number of ways it can be used to complement the long-established methods of film-making giving creators a means of combining multiple schools of practice to create one piece of captivating media.
But that's not all. I have had years of experience performing both in theatre and in concert, touring with a group of singers over the course of 5 years in London, New York, Amsterdam, Budapest and Israel. You can find me in the studio working hard on my upcoming solo album.
Suffice to say, I'm not just concerned with what's going on behind the camera but will confidently take into consideration the quality of the actors and music used in my films to provide my clients with the best possible outcome.
My strong work ethic keeps me in a position of great strength when it comes to creating captivating media. As a perfectionist, I'll never stop until I am completely satisfied with my work.
Having firm ties with online forums such as Reddit, I find myself in a unique position where I can distribute my work globally with ease. These Reddit users will prioritise my content due to my awarded subreddit 'flairs'.
I keep a close eye on socio-politics so will tend to shape my work in the direction of narratalogically subverting these issues. In addition, I make sure to follow the client's instruction so that I never overstep any given social sensitivities.
Most importantly, I love what I do. Whether it be making a film, editing sound or creating one of many forms of transmedia; I'm always willing to put my whole heart into the project.
It's just as much a business as a pleasure.
